Wildlife & Thai Beaches
This Wildlife & Thai Beaches holiday to South Thailand is perfect for the avid wildlife enthusiasts out there. Not too much but not too little! This tour also gives you the choice of which beach relaxation extension you want to go with, by either travelling down the West Coast or the East coast, in search of beach paradise.
This tour starts from Bangkok, where you will enjoy your first and last night of the holiday. From here you travel south by train to Surat Thani and then transfer to the Khao Sok National Park. Once here you have 3 nights inside the national park, which you can explore on foot, bike or canoe. You will enjoy 2 days of tours, where you will be guided with your last day being free to do as you wish. The park is also home to 5% of the world’s species of mammals and rare birds so sightings are a commonplace.
After leaving the mangroves, jungle and national park behind, you then have a choice of which beach extension you wish to choose. This does depend on the time of the year; we recommend the West Coast from the 1st November until the end of March and then the East Coast from the 1st April until the end of October.
West Coast options: Phuket, Phi Phi and either Koh Lanta or Krabi.
East Coast options: Koh Samui, Koh Tao and Koh Phangan.
*If you are looking for a pure or more in-depth wildlife holiday, then please let us know when you enquire as we have some wonderful wildlife guides in Thailand.
