Your Myanmar Joining Group Tour starts in historical Yangon or Rangoon, which contains the largest number of colonial buildings in Southeast Asia. After an unforgettable sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda, you head north to the capital of Old Burma Mandalay. From this ethnically diverse city, you visit Mandalay Hill, the largest book in the world, the longest Teak Bridge in the world and sail on the Ayeyarwaddy for Mingun.
Later through the rural country you arrive at Monywa to admire the 500.000 Buddha images at the Mohnyin Thanboddhay Pagoda and explore the sandstone caves of Po Win Taung, one the most important Buddhist sites in Southeast Asia. Through Tanaka plantations, you rejoin the mighty Ayeyarwaddy and sail down to magical Bagan. From here you explore the most important temples and visit the home of Nats at Mt Popa.

Yangon to Mandalay | Flight: 1 hour
Today starts with an early morning flight to Mandalay. Then in the afternoon, you take a boat ride to Mingun up the Ayeyarwaddy River. On arrival, you visit the Mingun Pahtodawgyi and the 90-ton Mingun Bell, one of the largest ringing bells in the world. You finish on the island by exploring the Myatheindan Pagoda before returning back to Mandalay. As an option, you can finish the day enjoying the sunset at Mandalay Hill.

Sagaing & Ava Day Tour
After breakfast you visit Sagaing, which is one of the most important monastic centres in the country. You will explore the U Min Thoneze pagoda and the central pagoda of Soon U Pon Nya Shin. In the afternoon you drive to Amarapura and take a boat to Ava. Here, you take a trip to the Buddhist Maha Aungmyae Bonzan Monastery. After a horse cart ride around the sights of the old city, you watch the sunset over the 140-year old U Bein Bridge, which spans Lake Thaungthaman, and is the largest Teak Bridge in the world.
