About this Group Tour
Our cultural Cambodia tour is a wonderful blend of the best that Cambodia has to offer and is perfect during the green season, or for those of you that are happy to forget the beach in order to unearth more of the country’s secrets, such as Koh Trong Island and Sambor Prei Kuk.
This tour gives you time to immerse yourself in traditional Cambodia life with a prolonged stay on Koh Trong island (King’s Island) giving you the opportunity to see how real day to day life is lived. From here to the rolling hills of Mondulkiri in the north-east with stops to see the Irrawaddy dolphins in Kampi and have lunch at a local coffee plantation before spending time with the local Phnong people over a starlight BBQ and rice wine. A true highlight of any holiday to Cambodia!
The adventure doesn’t stop, there is elephant trekking and a trip to explore the pre-angkorian temples at Sambor Prei kik that date back to the 6th century. The perfect way to whet your appetite before venturing into the main archaeological site in Siem Reap, and being wowed by the sheer size of the vast temple complexes and the crowning glory of Angkor Wat.
